Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and cheese until combined.

  3. Stir in the egg and salt, then stir in the honey

  4. Coat 9-inch pie pan lightly with olive oil. Add the cheese mixture and carefully smooth out the top and sides.

  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.

  6. Remove the cheesecake and immediately drizzle with more honey. Add poppy seeds at this point if you like.
