Ingredients

• 1½ cups

  whole milk

• 1½ cups

  heavy cream

• 1 tsp

  vanilla extract

• ⅛ tsp

  salt

• ½ cup

  monk fruit sweetener

Steps

1. Freeze the ice cream machine bowl.

2. Add all ingredients to a 1 quart mixing bowl and mix until combined.

3. Add to ice cream machine and prepare as directed (typically about 30 minutes of churning).
