Bread - Pamela's Gluten Free Bread Flour Mix in a Bread Machine

Ingredients

  • 5 whole

    eggs

  • ½ stick

    butter

  • 1 cup

    milk

  • 3 cups

    Pamela's bread flour mix

  • 1 tsp

    salt

  • 2½ tsp

    dried yeast

Makes: 1 loaf

Steps

  1. Soften the butter and warm the milk slightly in the microwave. Make sure it is not hot or you will cook the eggs.

  2. Make sure the stirring attachment is already in the bowl, and add the milk, eggs, and butter to the bread machine bowl.

  3. Gently add the flour so that it sits on top of the liquids.

  4. Add the salt and yeast on top of the flour.

  5. Insert the bowl into the machine and run it on a "medium" setting.
